2023-2028 Multi-year Strategic Plan
How might we develop a community-based strategic planning process?
We co-designed with a representative community group selected through an adapted civic lottery, mentored Youth Ambassadors to connect directly with their peers and dropped in at public spaces to connect with a broad and diverse audience. This listening tour formed the foundation of the Multi-Year Strategic Plan, guiding HWDSB in years to come. This project is in collaboration with Groundwells and I-Think.
2024-2029 Strategic Plan
Pickering Public Library
How might the Pickering Public Library System evolve to meet the needs of a changing community?
The 2024-2027 Strategic Plan and Branding Strategy for Pickering Public Library will be designed to be inclusive, flexible, and forward-thinking. Strategic foresight and creative engagement methods helped us gain insights from a committee selected by an adapted civic lottery, an Indigenous Advisory Group, project champions, and Pickering residents.
Town of Sylvan Lake
Wayfinding and Placemaking Strategy
How might we inspire residents and tourists to navigate and discover the town of Sylvan Lake?
Building on what we heard from the community, this Wayfinding and Placemaking Kit is part of the Sylvan Lake Destination Leadership and Management Plan. Our team visited the town on chilly winter days for a first-hand wayfinding experience to develop a strategic and cohesive approach to signage, wayfinding and creative placemaking across the town.
2024 City-Wide Budget Consultation
City of Toronto
How might we invite participation in the City budgeting process?
Working closely with Mayor Chow, Budget Chair Carroll, and the City Manager’s Office, we developed a series of in-person and virtual meetings. Each session includes facilitated discussion tables to surface the nuances of Torontonian’s priorities for the 2024 budget.
